As a Team Supervisor, you will play an important role in transforming and driving cash processing team’s performance and developing a team of 5 Associates. Coach and train the team and implement industry best practices to drive results. Utilizing analysis and observations recommend strategy and process improvements to enhance and evolve current policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and lead a team of 5 associates and take them to the next level of performance.
  • Lead and coach team to handle and resolve internal and external customer payment issues
  • Analyze and identify trends and provide direction for appropriate enhancements and process improvements.
  • Ensure payment files and remittances are processed accurately and timely
  • Design and monitor reports and dashboards that capture deep insights into our business through various indicators.
  • Partner with various teams to identify gaps, examine opportunities, and model improvements against speed, and cost
  • Own payment issues from beginning to end, working with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a systematic and timely fashion.
  • Provide guidance on payment process policy and procedure.
  • Develop metrics and performance management scorecard to drive and increase performance
  • Train and develop the team to create a high performance culture 
  • Meet Customer Experience and Compliance standards through use of monitoring processes


Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
  • 3+ years Cash management experience in complex business environment
  • Ability to work independently based on general direction
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Leader with great problem solving skills
  • Ability to work and evolve the business with limited oversight
  • Experience in managing Client relationships
  • Advanced Excel, and Microsoft
  • Ability to identify process gaps, recommend solutions, implement corrective actions in collaboration with internal partners.
  • Track and monitor results and change impact
  • Lead change management and culture change within the Receivables management team
  • Project management experience an asset
