Reports to: Manager, HR Technology Solutions

 

Purpose of the Role Reporting to the Manager, HR Technology Solutions, the Administrator, HR Technology will join a business focused HR team supporting a culture of high performance and results while delivering HR Technology support. As part of the HR Technology team, you will support the day-to-day operations of HR Systems ensuring HR data integrity and privacy is maintained and requests are resolved in a timely manner. You will identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains. You will also participate in special projects as an HR systems expert and will consider integration and process implications of new or proposed functionality.

 

This is a full time remote position. Preferred location is Ontario.

 

Core Accountabilities

  • Main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and maintain HR Systems such as Oracle, SuccessFactors, Kronos and Ceridian to maximize user engagement on systems. Document resolutions for future reference
  • Audit and maintain data and user access and security on all HR systems to ensure data integrity, security and system stability
  • Monitor support issues for patterns and recommend, develop and deliver on-going training needs
  • Supports continuous improvement projects, such as improving data integrity, processes and workflows
  • Participate in HR Technology initiatives/projects – testing of new and/or proposed functionality

 

Minimum Qualification and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or graduate certificate in Human Resources, IT or a related field
  • 1-2 years in HR Technology or HRIS administration
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using technology
  • Comfort with using online software
  • Exceptional customer services skill, ability to collaborate, provide HR Systems support, and to train staff
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Upper-intermediate level of Excel skills
