Reporting to the CIO, The Director, Enterprise Project Management Office is responsible for managing the teams and processes for delivery of new initiatives and programs across all aspects of the organization.

 

This role is key to ensuring the company’s strategy is aligned with a multi-year delivery plan through expert leadership, collaboration and governance in a complex and dynamic business environment.

 

Accountabilities:

• Define and drive continuous improvement of the governance frameworks and operating model of the Enterprise PMO function

• Manage a strong team of business aligned portfolio managers and supporting center of excellence to maintain visibility and control of the delivery plan

• Ensure high level alignment of the delivery plan within the portfolios and provide support in aligning stakeholders expectations in term of priorities and organizational capacity, assess and resolve portfolio dependencies and conflicts

• Working with the portfolio managers and business leadership team develop the multi-year integrated delivery forecast for strategic initiatives

• Manage annual project prioritization and budget development planning with the executive stakeholder community

• Provide coaching and mentoring to the ePMO staff and be an active, visible participant in the organization senior leadership community

• Demonstrate the values of the company etc.

 

Requirements:

• 10-15 years Project Management experience

• 3-5 years in a consulting role

• 3-5 years in change management

BA and PM experience

• Manage large complex programs

• Large complex technology projects

• PMP, PBA Prosci plus experience

• Solid business acumen
