Reporting to Director, Business Development – General Diagnostics, the Product Manager – General Diagnostics is responsible for developing and leading business and product development activities in the General Diagnostics portfolio. Working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership across the organization, this role will lead strategy and planning, product and solution design, and execution to grow the private pay and direct to consumer lines of business. The incumbent will be a creative problem solver and a dynamic leader focused on results and meeting the needs of our customers.



  • Provide product leadership, drive product innovation, and guide execution activities cross-functionally for the General Diagnostics portfolio. Activities include: product research, market research, roadmap development, requirements development, pricing analysis, business case development, service design, and product launch  
  • Serve as the product champion, ensuring product performance meets expectations and explore / implement ways for continuous improvement and market adoption
  • Develop and support external collaborations and partnerships to advance the product offerings 
  • Definition, tracking, and reporting of KPIs and success metrics relevant to current product offerings



  • Level of Education:MBA or MHA 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Ability to leverage critical thinking and creativity to solve complex problems and uncover new ideas
  • Ability to balance big picture thinking with operationalization  
  • Demonstrated expertise in product lifecycle management
  • Proven record of building strong relationships internally and externally with multiple stakeholders across departments and levels to influence results and drive outcomes
  • Ability to gain support for and drive organizational strategies
  • Ability to flex, pivot and thrives in a dynamic and fast paced work environment which may sometimes be ambiguous 
  • Experience developing and executing product strategies and business cases 
  • Experience with process mapping and / or service design 
  • Evidence of effective customer engagement and brand building
  • Proven and self-motivated performer who can manage multiple and evolving business priorities
  • Excellent written/verbal communication, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills 
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
