Job Title: Senior Project Manager for EDW/BI Reports to: Portfolio Manager, EPMO Purpose of the Role:The Senior Project Manager for EDW/BI reports to the Portfolio Manager, within the Enterprise Project Management Office, and is responsible for managing medium to large enterprise-wide projects as assigned by the Portfolio Manager.
The Senior Project Manager will lead the planning and execution of multiple projects through LifeLabs defined gating framework using LifeLabs established project processes and templates.
As EDW/BI Project Manager, the candidate will be working closely with our implementation team to ensure the success of the company's Enterprise Data Warehouse project. The ideal candidate should also be dynamic, engaging, has strong stakeholder management skills, is self-motivated and can work independently. Will be responsible for leading the data expansion into our existing Data Warehouse and full implementation of project in phased approaches. EDW Project Manager with proven passion for the emergent field of data analytics and big data preferred is a plus.

Core PM Accountabilities:
• Manage the implementation of project deliverables including the management of project integration, scope, time, cost, procurement, quality, communication, and resources.
• Balance the planning and execution of concurrent cross-disciplinary and/or cross-functional projects in various phases of delivery.
• Manage risks, opportunities, changes, and conflict resolution within projects.
• Ensure sustainability of new product or service implementation, ensure effective project execution, and conduct project post-implementation review with a view to continuous improvement.
• Build business cases, define, and ensure delivery of project artifacts as required by established processes.
• Provide regular reports on project status, open RAID log items Provide subject matter expertise to Project Managers on smaller projects.
• Participate in strategic project governance process for prioritization and reporting.
• Provide coaching and mentoring as required.
• Provide input to performance reviews and report performance related issues.
• Support other team members on tool and process adoption as prescribed by the Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Partner with and serve as liaison to the Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence teams to help create common and re-usable data objects
• Manage project change ensuring the deliverables still align to the objectives.

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
• Over 7 years as Project Manager of solid technical experience to support the oversight of development and management of complex DW and Business Analytics environments
• Must have proven experience managing EDW projects
• Must have prior Business Intelligence knowledge
• Strong experience managing projects in a complex DW environments including delivery and expansion
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of data warehouse technologies (EDW - Microsoft SSAS & SSIS, and/or Power BI, ETL, MDM etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in helping to gather, understand and interpret data and analytical user requirements
• Strong technical understanding of data (architecture, metadata, data quality, governance, etc.) to manage Business Analyst deliverables
• Overseeing multiple data streams for different audiences and ensuring priorities are not compromised.
• Excellent facilitation and change management skills
• Ability to manage cross functional project teams
• 1-3 Projects at a time (small, medium, and large scope)
• Cross-functional project teams (20+)
• University degree
• Proven experience as a project manager/scrum master implementing data warehouse and business intelligence solutions in an enterprise environment. Working in an Agile environment / Hybrid environment is a plus
• Excellent facilitation and change management skills.
