The LifeLabs Talent Acquisition Team is in the process of implementing best practices and optimal support solutions across Canada. • The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide full cycle recruitment support- intake meeting, screening, conducting and coordinating interviews for the assigned client group

• Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist & BC client groups with planning, organizing, facilitating & reporting for campus recruitment programs and career fairs

• Support campus brand & manage communications

• Manage social media plans & activity

• Build & manage relationships with schools & vendors in BC

• Support with TA Report development and support ad hoc reporting & presentation request

• TA Team SME for ATS systems support

• Develop and enhance reporting capabilities

• Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in BC when required

• Liaise and coordinate with Job Boards and Social Media Vendors (updates, inquiries and training)

• Support and coordinate Talent Acquisition Projects and other ad hoc HR Projects as needed

• Support change management plan and communication as needed.



• Completed Post-secondary education

• 1 - 2 years of corporate & campus recruiting experience preferred

• HR designation in progress or completed preferred

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills - influencing, collaborative and customer centric

• Proficient MS Office – Word, Excel, PP, Outlook

• Strong analytical, judgment & problem solving skills

• Previous ATS experience an asset

• Strong organizational, time management & prioritization skill
